HPC delivers a Singapore-HR-optimised catalogue of 60-minute EAP workshops covering cognitive overload, emotional reactivity, burnout and recovery, overstimulation, men's mental health, parenting and family pressure, couples and relationships, technology use and attention recovery, workplace communication, organisational stress, leadership capability, and caregiving integration. Workshops are practical, behaviour-focused, and skills-based, and are delivered by a panel of qualified HPC trainers across the twelve thematic categories.
