Welcome to TRUE Advisory Pte. Ltd. (“TRUE”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TRUE Employee Assistance Programme platform, including the website located at https://eap.true.com.sg (“Platform”), the True Wellness app for iOS and Android, related services, workshops, counselling services, wellness resources, HR dashboards, and associated support services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
True Wellness is intended for adults aged 18 and above and is not directed to children or minors.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
TRUE EAP is a workplace wellbeing and employee assistance platform. True Wellness is the companion app by True Advisory for iOS and Android, providing account access, health and fitness syncing (Apple Health on iOS, Health Connect on Android), and Wellness Overview display.
The Platform is designed to support employees, employers, and HR teams through:
TRUE may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
To use certain services, you may be required to create an account.
By registering, you confirm that:
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.
Where your access is provided through your employer or organisation:
TRUE maintains appropriate confidentiality standards for employee wellbeing services.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
Bookings for workshops, counselling sessions, and consultations are subject to availability and confirmation.
TRUE may work with accredited trainers, counsellors, and external partners to deliver services.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated separately where applicable.
Counselling services are intended for support purposes and do not replace emergency medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention services.
If urgent help is required, users should contact emergency services or relevant crisis support providers immediately.
True Wellness is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). On iOS, the app may request read-only Apple Health permission to display your Wellness Overview; on Android, it may request read-only Health Connect permission for the same purpose. You control these permissions through Apple Health or the Android Health Connect settings and may disconnect them in the app at any time.
Individual Apple Health and Health Connect data is not shared with employers or HR administrators, and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. We do not store Apple Health data in iCloud, and health and fitness data accessed through Health Connect is used solely to provide the Wellness Overview feature in accordance with the Google Play Health Connect and Apple Health data-use policies.
True Wellness is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Wellness resources and summaries are informational and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment.
All Platform content, including text, designs, training materials, videos, branding, software, and educational resources, are owned by or licensed to TRUE unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
Access to the Platform does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
TRUE handles personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, TRUE disclaims warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted service availability.
Wellness resources and AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical, legal, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUE shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation or you for the relevant services in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
If you initiate account deletion in True Wellness, access will be disabled and your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period unless retention is required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
True Wellness is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
The Platform is not directed to children or minors, and children are not intended users of the app.
